About Matic
Matic is a suite of micro-SaaS tools designed to help businesses operate more efficiently. Your Matic account provides access to multiple services under one platform.
What We Collect (Platform-Wide)
- Account credentials (name, email, phone number, password)
- Business information (company name, industry, registration details)
- Billing and payment information
- Login activity and session data
- Device, browser, and IP information
- Service usage analytics across all Matic tools
How We Use Your Data
- To authenticate and secure your Matic account
- To provide access to subscribed services
- To process payments and manage billing
- To communicate platform updates, maintenance, and support
- To improve our Services and develop new features
- To comply with legal obligations
Third-Party Processing
Your data may be processed by:
- Cloud infrastructure providers for hosting and security
- Payment processors for billing
- Analytics providers for service improvement

Service-Specific Data Collection
Important: Each service within the Matic suite may collect and process additional data specific to its function. By activating or using a specific service, you agree to the data practices outlined in that service's supplementary consent terms.

Data Retention
- Account data: Retained while your account is active, plus 7 years for financial records
- Service-specific data: As defined in each service's supplementary terms
Your Responsibility
If you upload third-party data (e.g., customer information) to any Matic service, you confirm that you have obtained appropriate consent from those individuals to do so.
